    Return Eligibility

    Items may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

    To be eligible for a return, products must:

    • be unused and unworn,

    • be returned in their original condition,

    • include original packaging where applicable.

    For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry, including earrings, cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    Return Shipping Costs

    Unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

    We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.

    Original shipping fees and any customs or import charges are non-refundable where applicable.

    Refund Process

    Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund request.

    If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

    Depending on your payment provider, refunds may require several business days before appearing on your account.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Returns will not be accepted if :
