Returns and Refunds

For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry such as earrings cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect upon arrival.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AMELYA PARIS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to products purchased through the Site.
